In short: our apps run entirely on Atlassian and never send your Jira data to us. We only see what you choose to send to our support or beta sign-up.
1. Who we are
Momentra is a trade name of Individual Entrepreneur Anton Antonenko, Ukraine (“Momentra”, “we”, “us”). For any privacy question, write to support@momentra.dev.
2. Scope
This policy covers the Momentra apps published on the Atlassian Marketplace, our website momentra.dev, and our support and beta communication.
3. Data our apps process
Our apps are built on Atlassian Forge and are designed to qualify for the Runs on Atlassian program. Data the apps read from your site — for example, names and email addresses of service project customers — is processed inside your Atlassian site and your browser.
We do not receive, copy or store this data, and we operate no servers of our own. Where an app needs to keep settings, it stores them in Atlassian’s Forge storage, which follows your site’s data residency.
4. Data we collect directly
- Support requests: your name, email address and the content of your message, so we can answer you.
- Beta sign-ups: your email address and your answers to the sign-up questions, so we can invite you to the beta.
- Website: we use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
5. Why we use it
We process support and beta data to respond to your requests and to run the beta (performance of a contract or steps before one, and our legitimate interest in supporting our users). We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

7. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. They use safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
8. Retention
We keep support conversations for 24 months after the last message and beta sign-ups until the beta ends, then delete them.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to support@momentra.dev. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date above and describe the change on this page.
