End User Terms

1. Agreement

These terms are between you (the customer installing the app) and Individual Entrepreneur Anton Antonenko, Ukraine, trading as Momentra (“Momentra”). By installing or using a Momentra app you accept these terms. Your purchase and billing through the Atlassian Marketplace are also governed by Atlassian’s Marketplace terms.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on the Atlassian sites for which it is installed, for your internal business purposes, for as long as you have a valid license or, for free apps, while the app is installed.

3. Free and paid apps

Some apps are free. Paid apps are sold and billed through the Atlassian Marketplace; prices, trials and refunds follow the Marketplace terms in effect when you buy.

4. Restrictions

• Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute the app.
• Do not attempt to bypass licensing checks or security controls.
• Do not use the app in breach of law or of Atlassian’s terms.

5. Your data

You keep all rights to the data in your Atlassian sites. Our apps process it only to provide their features, as described in our Privacy Policy and Security page.

6. Support and updates

We provide support as described in our Support SLA and may release updates to improve the app or keep it compatible with Atlassian’s platform.

7. Atlassian platform

Our apps run on Atlassian’s Forge platform. We are not responsible for outages, changes or limitations of Atlassian’s products and platform.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its code and its documentation remain the property of Momentra. Feedback you give us may be used to improve our apps without obligation to you.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Momentra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 for free apps.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your license if you materially breach these terms. Sections 5, 8, 9 and 10 survive termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory law where you are located provides otherwise.
